Affiliate Programme
Introduce the opportunity. We manage the delivery.
The affiliate programme is for individuals and organisations that identify qualified opportunities but do not want to provide technical delivery or ongoing support.
How the affiliate model works
The affiliate model keeps roles clear: you make the introduction, and Soteria manages everything from qualification through to delivery and support.
What constitutes a qualified referral
A qualified referral is an introduction to an organisation with a genuine need and the authority to evaluate a cyber-resilience service. Exact qualification criteria are confirmed in the approved affiliate agreement.
How leads are registered
Leads are registered through the affiliate application and lead-registration process so that ownership and attribution are recorded from the outset.
Who contacts the prospect
Soteria contacts and qualifies the prospect once the referral is registered, unless the affiliate agreement states otherwise.
Who owns the sales process
Soteria owns and manages the sales process for affiliate-referred opportunities.
Who contracts and bills the customer
Soteria contracts with and bills the end customer under the affiliate model.
Who delivers support
Soteria manages service delivery and end-customer support for affiliate-referred customers.
How commission is calculated and paid
Commission calculation, payment timing and duration are governed by the signed affiliate agreement. We do not promise recurring commission beyond what that agreement states.
How duplicate leads and lead protection are handled
Duplicate leads are resolved using registration records. Lead-protection periods are defined in the affiliate agreement.
Confidentiality and POPIA responsibilities
Affiliates must handle any personal information responsibly and in line with POPIA and the confidentiality terms of the affiliate agreement.
