Commission is 20% of the customer’s monthly recurring revenue and continues for the life of the customer, while the account remains active and in good standing under your signed affiliate agreement.

Do I need technical experience?
No technical delivery is required. Affiliates should understand the qualifying cues, use approved messaging and avoid making technical or commercial promises on Soteria Cloud behalf.
Who contacts the prospect?
After a valid registration and permission-based introduction, Soteria Cloud manages the qualification and sales process unless the signed agreement defines a different route.
Who contracts with and supports the customer?
Soteria Cloud contracts with, bills and supports the end customer under the affiliate model.
How is commission calculated?
Commission is 20% of the monthly recurring revenue of the referred customer, for the life of that customer. It is calculated on eligible collected revenue and excludes credits, refunds, non-commissionable items and bad debt, in line with the signed affiliate agreement.
When is commission paid?
Payment cadence, any minimum threshold, the statement process and the treatment of credits, refunds and overdue accounts are set out in the affiliate agreement provided during approval.
What if the prospect is already known to Soteria Cloud?
Duplicate and pre-existing opportunities are resolved from the registration and CRM record under the attribution rules in the agreement. Registration does not override an earlier valid claim.
How long is my lead protected?
The lead-protection period, and the actions required to keep a registration active, are stated in the affiliate agreement provided during approval.
Does it cost anything to join?
Any application or membership terms are confirmed in the current programme terms shared with you during the application process.
Can I advertise Soteria Cloud services?
Approved affiliates may use current, authorised assets and claims. Brand use, paid advertising, domain bidding, email marketing and public claims must follow the affiliate agreement and brand rules.
How is personal information handled?
Only submit prospect information with an appropriate lawful basis and permission for the introduction. Both parties must follow the agreement, privacy requirements and POPIA responsibilities.
