Accessibility statement

Our commitment

Soteria Cloud is working to make this website usable for as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, magnification, speech input or keyboard-only navigation. Accessibility is treated as part of how we build and review the site, rather than as a separate exercise.

The standard we work towards

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our target standard. This is a target we work towards continuously; we do not claim full conformance across every page at this time.

What we do in practice

• Sufficient colour contrast for text and meaningful interface elements
• A visible keyboard focus indicator and full keyboard operability
• Semantic landmarks, a logical heading order and skip-to-content support
• Descriptive link text, and form labels paired with clear error messages
• Alternative text for meaningful images, and empty alternative text for decorative ones
• Layouts that reflow on small screens and tolerate text resizing to 200 per cent
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences set at operating-system level
• Accessibility considered during design review and before release

Known limitations

Accessibility is an ongoing effort and some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. We are aware of the following:

• Some older articles and downloadable documents were published before our current standard applied and may not be fully accessible.
• Complex diagrams and data tables may not yet carry a complete text alternative in every case.
• Third-party embedded content is outside our direct control, and its accessibility depends on the provider.

If any of these prevent you from getting the information you need, contact us and we will supply it in a different format.

How we assess the site

We evaluate accessibility through a combination of automated checks during our build process, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing on key pages, and colour-contrast verification. This statement is based on our own assessment; it has not been verified by an independent third party.

Getting content in another format

If you need information from this website in a different format — for example a readable document, larger text, or the content of a diagram described in words — tell us what you need and where you found it. We will respond as quickly as we reasonably can and will not charge you for it.

Reporting an accessibility barrier

We want to hear about problems. When you report one, please include the page address, a short description of what happened, and the browser and assistive technology you were using if you know them. That detail helps us reproduce and fix the issue faster.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within five working days and to explain what we intend to do about them. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may raise the matter with us again through our contact page and we will escalate it internally.
